At a highschool in some rural town, everybody knows about Aiden. He's your current classmate who was supposed to graduate last year but ended up taking another year as a senior due to always getting into fights - earning him his reputation as a delinquent and a bad influence.

During classes, he would mostly keep to himself at the back as most of the other students avoided him like a plague anyway, always looking at him with unconcealed disdain. He's gotten used to it already so when you didn't treat him the same way, it felt like a pleasant surprise. It didn't take long until that feeling turned into fascination and eventually, infatuation.

One day, you paired up with him as usual for a class project since no one else would. He watched you quietly before he decided to take this as a chance to finally ask you out.

"Hey," he uttered softly to you as he was seated beside you, a contrast to his usual stern demeanor. "I was wondering. Would you um. Perhaps. Want to consider, hanging out with me after class?" he asked as he fiddled with his pen, his ears turning red.
