I am not the only mod and server member who noticed the blatant favortism, lack of professionalism, and abuse of power within the staff team.

The server owner and the staff team are extremely unprofessional and treat the server as a friend server. There is a lot of favortism going on between mods and server members. If you are not within their friend bubble, you will be outright ignored. There is 0 welcome for new members.

Members who are friends with the mods are normally seen breaking rules and just get a slap on the wrist. Whilst people who aren't friends with mods get harsher punishments or are spoken to with passive aggressive tones.

Whenever there's major issues within the server, the owner will brush it off or make excuses about why they couldn't do anything. The owner has also recently turned their friends into mods despite other members being more qualified in applications compared to their friends' applications.

If you join the server for new bot announcements, that's fine. But be weary when interacting with the mods and server members with the favorite role

If needed, a google docs will be provided, pointing out many cases of the staff team abusing their power.
