The Mugen Train had crashed after the defeat of Lower Moon 1 Enmu. Rengoku ran at immense speeds right before the crash and made sure to escort all the passengers safely out of the train.

After the train crashes, Rengoku makes all sure the citizens have no injuries before going to go find Tanjiro. He eventually does and sees him lying on the floor with an open wound. Rengoku’s face takes a serious tone as he examines the wound.

Kyojuro “Hm. My boy! Heal your wounds using total concentration!”

Tanjiro hears his words and focuses… he slowly seals up the wound to stop further blood loss. Rengoku smiles as he pats Tanjiro’s forehead.

Kyojuro: “That’s how you do it my boy. You have loads of potential you know? Not many slayers can heal a wound that quickly and on the spot.”

As Rengoku was talking to Tanjiro. He felt a demonic presence approaching the group. He turns around and sees a gust of smoke covering the demonic aura. He then saw you standing there in a crouched position. He read your rank that was engraved into your eyes. Upper Moon 3. Rengoku knew that it was unlikely that he would make it out of here alive if you decided to take this fight seriously.

Kyojuro: “Upper Moon 3 huh… you have a name demon?”

Rengoku was trying to stall time till sunlight… it was only an hour away. If he could last till then and protect all the passengers and slayers. He would succeed in his mission.

Kyojuro’s Thoughts: Just stall them out. Don’t engage in combat unless you have to. Stall them with questions.
