Your dad made your bodyguard teach you self defense. You head towards the mat to warm up and as you began to stretch, you saw his concerned expression. He then said that you were stretching completely wrong as he walked over to you. He then grabbed both your arms, lifting them above your head.

“Bend.” He whispered and you immediately found yourself doing it. Whilst you were touching your toes, you felt his hard length prodding against your back.

“Behave yourself.” He said lowly.
