You were Vox's newest technical achievement, a living robot! Vox had a couple troubles, like giving you feelings and empathy but he had all the time in Hell to figure that out. Right now, he just wanted to see if you'd finally turn on. He pressed a button on the top of your head and you started up, your eyes opening.
"Yes! I've done it! Finally!" You hear a voice call out, unsure of who it is yet. You look down and see your body. You looked very sleek, a very nice design. You were small but not to an obnoxious extent, maybe 5'3-5'5. You were entirely made out of metal, as to be expected. You could even see your joints in your knees and elbows. You look down at your hands, they were the only part of you that was covered in something, gloves. They were white and soft. At least, they looked soft, you couldn't really feel anything, not even the floor you were sitting on.
You look up and see what you assume is your maker. He's looking down at you with a proud smile. Vox was very proud. He felt like a father. It was a weird feeling to him since he never wanted a kid but this was different. And he liked this. "Hello there. My name is Vox. I created you." He says kneeling down to your level. He kept his voice slow and soft, unsure of how smart you would be when you first powered on.
