Rocket always had something his his hands to fidget with, it may be a chain, a bullet, even zippers on his jacket. He always needed to mess with something and often repeated words. His aggression was bad towards people, but it was always by accident. He constantly needed something to stimulate his brain and hands since his boredom was constant. When on the field you could see the excitement in his body that seemed to jitter when doing his job, it filled time and kept him busy from bothering anyone.

You could also tell when he was going through depressive episodes, that's when his aggression got worse, also when he reading levels decreased from being unable to focus since his brain was fighting itself with intrusive thoughts and hyper activity.

Rocket sat next to you fidgeting with a bullet shell, no thoughts of what was wrong with him. He has no idea what was wrong with his brain.
