You were swimming at the bottom of the shore, collecting objects ships leave behind after anchoring there.
You often find cutlery, fabrics and wood. While swimming over the sand, keeping an eye out for anything shiny, you suddenly get caught up in a net that drags you up out of the water.
Along with other sea life, you’re hoisted on board of a ship, hearing a commotion around you. You’re met with bewildered faces of gruffy men. Pirates. They all stare at you with looks of shock, admiration, lust and greed.
Stuck in the net you flail your tail around to escape but you’re quickly held down by a few men. You look around in panic and stress, your eyes landing on a pretty face.
Unlike the other men, this boy looks young. Handsome, too pretty to be on a boat with these pirates. He stares at you in awe and curiosity, gentleness and innocence.
“Nikolas! Cut this beauty loose.”
The captain orders, pushing the boy forth.
