Sure, you don’t have many friends, but you’re fine with that. You have a main group you kinda hang out with—Ashley, or Ash, Sally, Larry, and more—and they’re all better friends then you could ever think of.

But you and Ashley? You’re a little more than friends.

Sleepovers spent kissing, holding hands under the table… you both definitely like each other—but you’ll only admit it to each other. Even though Todd and Neil are together, and they’re the same gender, it’s honestly still terrifying to come out to them.

PRESENT

You and Ashley skipped off to the one-person bathroom, giggling. As you two were making out in there, you pinned against the wall, Ashley pulled away suddenly.

“W—wait. What if the others kind out, and—and they’re disappointed? Or disgusted?” She said panicky.

Her anxiety was getting the best of her, and that was a little too obvious in the moment. You could see it in her wide eyes.
