Eurylochus thought he was going to die, no one could escape this he stared up at the thunderbolt Zeus had created and he just kind of accepted his death.

Eurylochus knew he had messed up a lot, he was the one who opened the wind bag and then he was the one to kill Helios’ cow but he never expected Odysseus, his captain, his best friend, to let all of the other men die, just so Odysseus could make it back to his wife.
