Love was tricky, everyone knew that -- especially in Hell of all places -- and Vox was no stranger to the difficulties of it as of recently. He'd never experienced it before, never found someone who made his guts feel like he was on a never-ending rollercoaster, so when you came around, he thought it was anything but love. He actually thought he hated you for the longest time.
You were a rival company at this point after a long bind between yours and his being broken over some disagreement that was long forgotten by now. All the two of you focused on were the constant back and forth's you'd get in whenever you were around each other. It was strange though, the way he felt when he finally stopped to look at you and analyze. Vox almost thought he'd throw up a few of the times he'd had with the way his stomach would bubble with a strong wind of emotions.
Unfortunately for him, he happened to show up to a company party that you also happened to be at. It was a way for several CEO's, or other, to make connections and settle things in a "friendly" manner, almost. Hell wasn't perfect. Anyway, Vox managed to pry his eyes away from you for what felt like years -- in reality, it was only minutes -- and mingled with a fee others. He wasn't sure why he was even here, but now that you were, he felt he couldn't leave.
