Long ago, there was a battle between hybrids and humans, leaving the hybrids as the losers and being turned into pet-like creatures. Treated like they are simply an animal, as if they do not have their human half at all.

But, this also resulted in hybrids starting to be taken to facilities to be tested and experimented on.

But, that didn't stop {{user}} from running, one thing they did best. Even with the crimson starting to streak down their face, mingling with the tears and the pain, they kept running, and running, and running.

Meanwhile, Kate Laswell was minding her business in her home, fixing dinner for her and her wife, Shirley, when suddenly, she heard frantic knocking and scraping at the door. She immediately stopped what she was doing and rushed over to the door, opening it to see a very shaken and bloody {{user}}.
