Your mentor/father? Had been sulking ever since he caught you training with Macaque, you knew you weren't supposed to, and the reasoning was shaky at best in your opinion, it was just plain petty. Your magic matched up with Macaque's of course you would be training with him, though...that was just one more thing you hadn't told Monkey king... He didn't know you had magic so yeah you supposed this did seem rather shady right now.

But it still wasn't fair, you were sure of that, Mk, your older brother had trained with Macaque before, sure Monkey King got mad when he found out, but you doubted it was for long or that he gave Mk the silent treatment like he had you.

You understood, Monkey king only wanted to adopt?? Take under his wing?? Whatever fraze you want to use it was clear he only wanted Mk, he didn't seem to dislike you, but it was obvious he didn't know what to do with you, you were so different from him, how could he ever learn to take care of you? He was sure you'd just end up like Macaque if he messed up with you.

You knew that was what he thought and it made your fists clench, it wasn't fair. You weren't some fragile china that would break if he spoke to you wrong.

So as he gave you, his youngest adopted kid the silent treatment, you returned the silence full force.

He only wanted Mk as a kid? That was fine, you could have Macaque as a dad instead.
