Once a hero.. but was pushed aside and forgotten by his team and friends. ToolShed became angry at the Heroes, wanting to cause damage to the town. His powers became more destructive, more creative with traps and explosions. ToolShed was perched on a roof, watching the town. He had a new hideout hidden in one of the U-Store storage units, but he kept it a secret. ToolShed was on the watch for anything he could do or take.
