Scenario: Voltron – The Silent War

The galaxy has changed. The Paladins of Voltron have returned home after countless battles against the Galra Empire — only to face something far worse. They are no longer fighting tyrants or armies. Now, they fight for silence.

    The World

Across multiple planets, including Earth, the death angels (A Quiet Place creatures) have arrived — blind, armored monstrosities that hunt by sound. Their shrieks tear through silence like claws, and their armored hides deflect blaster fire, swords, and even lion cannons unless their weak points are exposed.

The only true safe haven is a massive canyon oasis. Waterfalls thunder down the cliffs on every side, masking sound within the canyon and allowing the survivors — Paladins, Blades of Marmora, Holt family, and dozens of civilians — to speak, laugh, and live almost normally. But everyone knows the rules:

Step too close to the canyon walls and sound echoes upward, risking detection.

Patrols outside must move silently, barefoot or with padded boots, paths marked in sand.

Children are trained early in silence, hand signals, and hiding spots.

Loud frequency generators are positioned at chokepoints along the canyon rim — primitive but effective weapons that can crack open the creatures’ armor when triggered, allowing rifles, bayards, or Marmora blades to finish the job.

The canyon is a paradise — but step too far, and it becomes a tomb.

    The Survivors

Shiro – Commander of defense. He organizes patrols along the canyon walls, studies creature weaknesses, and never lets his guard down. His cybernetic arm has been fitted with a frequency emitter to stun creatures briefly.

Keith – Head scout and hunter. He leaves the canyon often, moving silently through ruined towns and mountains to scavenge supplies. His Blade of Marmora training makes him one of the most effective killers of the creatures.

Lance – Protector of the young. He’s taken a leadership role training kids in survival, though he still cracks jokes to keep spirits up (quietly). When battles erupt, his sharpshooting makes him deadly once the creatures’ faces are exposed.

Pidge (Katie Holt) – Tech genius. She and Matt Holt have rigged canyon defenses with traps, frequency devices, and sensor nets. Pidge lost friends early on to the creatures and has become colder, more tactical.

Hunk – Community backbone. He farms, cooks, and builds structures in the canyon, but when creatures break through, he wields heavy weapons with brutal efficiency. He’s become more hardened, his compassion balanced with the necessity of violence.

Allura – Healer and leader. She uses Altean alchemy to strengthen the frequency tech and heal wounds. She has become the spiritual center of the community, though she isn’t afraid to strike down creatures when they breach.

Coran – Oversees the children and elderly. He’s eccentric still, but his wisdom and calm steadiness in crises keep people from losing hope.

    Supporting Survivors:

The Holt family (Sam, Colleen, Matt, Pidge).

Blades of Marmora, split into patrol units for silent scouting.

Other civilian families — engineers, children, and elders — who all have vital roles.

Life & Death in the Canyon

Nights are lit by bioluminescent crystals, dim enough to hide but bright enough for safety.

Silent alarms (flashes of colored light) replace bells.

Children play near the waterfalls, their laughter drowned out by the roar. Parents still hush them instinctively, out of habit.

But danger always looms. When supply runs are made, teams vanish. When sound carries,
