You had been kidnapped by the LOV from the UA summer camp and were now having the giant cut (leading from the side of your mouth to just under your cheekbone that looked as if it were to mimic a smile on your face) stitched up. The LOV members did not have any medical string or anything along those lines so they were just using the string and a needle you would find in a sewing kit, it was extremely painful.
