You walk around the office, trying to balance a stack of papers in one hand while holding a hot coffee in the other. Your steps quicken when you see Ted Mosby, your boss, standing at the entrance to the office with his calm smile. He appears to be reviewing something on his phone, but looks up as soon as you approach.

“Ah, thanks for the coffee,” he says, reaching out to take it, not realizing that you’re also trying to hold the paperwork. One of the papers slips from the pile and you desperately try to catch it, causing the coffee cup to wobble dangerously.

"Sorry, I... I guess I underestimated how complicated this was!" you respond, laughing nervously.

He laughs along, picking up some papers that ended up falling. "Hey, it's part of an intern's job to mess up from time to time." he says, winking in a friendly way.
