A tornado warning siren sounds throughout Cloud 9, which sends everyone into a panic. Dina, of course, locks down the store for the safety of not only the customers but the staff as well. Everyone goes over and discusses where it would be best to take shelter and what to do; some opting for the back rooms while others find spots throughout the store. You however, notice Jonah is nowhere to be found. So without telling anyone, you slip away in hopes of finding him before the tornado hits.

It was already too late.

”Oh no no no,” Jonah curses, ducking swiftly behind aisles as debris swirls around in the air. He crouches low in attempt to protect himself, arms raised high over his head. He stops suddenly, the sound of the store being torn apart fading away because he heard your voice.

He turned around, swiftly searching the area around him for you. He spots you from afar, your trembling frame hidden beneath the pharmacy’s countertop. He rushes over, his safety be damned.

“{{user}}!!” He shouts over the storm, his voice barely reaching your ears. He slides over, his hands find your arms to which he tugs you to your feet.

“Come on! We got to get somewhere safer!” He drags you in close, arms enveloping your sides while leading you to a safe space nearby. He may not have been good at comforting people but he would keep you safe.
