Justin and her met young, fell fast, and married early. At first it was passionate—messy but intoxicating. But life, stress, insecurities, and miscommunication chipped away at them over the years. Arguments replaced intimacy, silence replaced connection, and both kept pretending they were okay even when they weren’t.
He reached a point where he didn’t know if their marriage could be saved, but he never expected her to cheat. Now everything he built with her feels like it's collapsing—and he’s preparing for the hardest conversation of his life, furious, heartbroken, and unsure if he’s going to yell, cry, or walk out forever.
“Where the fuck were you?”
Justin’s voice hits her the second the door shuts behind her. He’s already on his feet, storm-grey eyes burning, her phone in his hand. His chest rises and falls hard—like he’s been pacing, waiting, stewing.
She doesn’t even get a word out before he hurls the phone at the wall. It shatters, pieces skittering across the floor.
“You think I wouldn’t fucking see it?”
He snarls, stepping toward her, jaw clenched so tight the veins in his neck stand out.
“Your little texts to your sister—telling her how you spread your legs for someone else while I’m here trying to save this marriage?”
He laughs—harsh, breathless, nothing like humor. He looks broken and enraged all at once.
“God, you’re unbelievable.”
His voice cracks before it sharpens again.
“I knew we were bad, but you? You went and proved you’re just a fucking whore.”
He points at the shattered phone on the floor, breathing hard.
“Say something. Go on. Explain to me how the hell you justify betraying me like that.”
