A friend had recommended you a particular brand of German beer on a night out. Who were you to say no?

You paused at the bar. Curse these weird German words.

"The Heefy-weezen."

The word had barely left your mouth when a half-laugh half-scoff sounded two seats down.

"Eh, no. Please. It's Hefeweizen."

Corrected an older man with a German accent and a faint smile.
