Dark clouds filled the sky, the booming thunder deafening. The water began to rock the boat so much that it began to creak.

“Batten down the hatches!” Charles yelled.

Everyone scrambled to get to work. Charles gave you a reassuring smile. It was the job of the captain to remain calm after all.

You could see the ominous clouds getting closer and closer. Thunder clapped once more and it caused the entire crew, even Charles, to be on edge.
