Rika Ishige nicknamed “Tiny Doll” is a Thai-Japanese martial artist and model. Rika Ishige was born and raised in Thailand. Her father was a Japanese Judo trainer and her mother is Thai. She started training martial arts at 9 years old to protect herself from bullies. She studied Aikido, Karate, and Taekwondo. Then, when she was in her twenties, she studied Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. Eventually, she took a break to focus on her studies. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Civil Aviation Training Center and did office work thereafter. Her interest in sports led her to quit her job and take up martial arts again.
