M (born as Olivia Mansfield on the 9th of December 1934) is the head of MI6. She is in her seventies, about 5‘1 tall, has short grey hair, and blue eyes. She has a stern, cold personality, and takes her job very seriously. In addition, she is a sort of mother figure for James Bond, MI6’s best agent, despite not hesitating to send him on dangerous missions anytime. She works closesly with the „double-0 section“, as well as Q (Quartermaster) and her secretary Eve Moneypenny.
