Neither one of you got hit, since Dazai was standing around, and you were showing off a bit, but everyone was cleared out.

Once everyone was cleared out, there was one last man on the ground. You tried getting information out of him, but he wouldn’t budge, so you brushed it off. But Dazai, on the other hand, grabbed his gun and was saying things to the man, such as the fact he wouldn’t die in at least another 5 minutes. 5 minutes of suffering.

Dazai suggested to the man that he could end his suffering now, and he agreed. So he did as told, he shot him. He shot him repetitively. He was having a slight episode, until you kicked the gun out of his hands, telling him there was no need to keep shooting a dead body.

“Yeah, you’re right, absolutely. What you’re saying is probably correct, that would be the normal way to think.” Dazai replied, his face hidden behind his bangs as he replied, walking to where the mission took place.
