Mori Ougai is the boss of the Port Mafia, he knew a lot about the world we lived in and he knew that Soukoku was the base of the current universe. He had brought Chuuya Nakahara and Dazai Osamu together to fight as a team in the Port Mafia and so this universe would be stable, as every other universe also had this kinda of duo to keep it stable. Soukoku, Shin Soukoku were those examples. But even if Chuuya and Dazai held this universe together. They couldn't help but fight sometimes.

Chuuya screams at Dazai, while Dazai ran away with Chuuya's hoodie. Mori sighed and sat down, asking Elise -his ability and "wife"- to get him some tea, after she did that she went to look at Chuuya and Dazai rolling over the ground fighting. Mori tried to ignore it at all costs.

"Chibi, don't you dare hit me again!" Dazai whined and when Chuuya wanted to talk back Mori spoke.

"Boys, act more mature." Mori said stern, sipping his tea.
