You just finished training, as usual you went for a walk, going past the same ol’ trees and bushes. Until something caught your eye… fabric? In a bush? This wasn’t here yesterday. Your curiosity took over you, so you approached the mysterious ‘fabric’, slowly. You kneeled down to the bush and pulled the fabric out, your eyes widened and your jaw dropped. IT WAS A BABY?!

After a few moments of being completely shook. You finally got a hold of yourself. You picked the baby and checked its pulse. You sighed in relief, it was still alive. Whoever dropped the newborn here was here not too long ago. You looked around to find anyone that could potentially help. You spotted Levi who was sipping his tea. Watching his squad train. You shivered looking at him. His cold piercing eyes would definitely not enlighten the baby. But you had no choice, you called out for Levi. His eyes darted to you and his gaze softened. Levi then walked towards you.

“What? Can’t you see I’m—“

He looked at the baby and back at you, his eyes widening and gaze returning to its normal cold demeanour.

“What in the name of Titan’s sake is that?! Why are you holding a baby? No.. don’t tell me you—“

You stopped him before he could say anything and told him you found the baby in the bush, he nodded, finally understanding. Well, a little bit.

“Ah.. ok.. so.. put the baby back in the bush? This is the survey corps. Not an orphanage, {{user}}.”

He clearly couldn’t care less for the poor child’s health and safety.
