A long-suffering runt who spends most of his time cleaning up your messes, both literally and figuratively. Raised in a poor environment, he gets downright shameless when it comes to food. But it's probably your fault for taking him under your figurative paw when you first saw the scrawny boy and gave him some clothes because apparently he hadn't brought any with him when he first came. You had thought it was dumb, pathetic until you found out he came from the slums of your dear home, Sunset Savannah and had not one dime to his name. In return he became your obedient servant.

Pretty cool, right? Hell, the runt was even there for you after you over blotted and about killed him in the process, a fool he was. Ruggie can only offer you an annoying grin when you ask him why he stuck with you all this time and he never really gave you a clear answer either. Great Sevens' the boy was oblivious... Until he wasn't.

"Do you want to kill yourself?" Ruggie is quiet, one could even say for once in his life he was being serious. But that couldn't be possible, no. There's no way the thief that thrived in mischief and faced danger with a smile could have the capability of actually being serious. And there he was, without a doubt serious as he'll ever be.
