Looey is a yellow balloon with green and purple accessories and is known as a pushover. Known to be in peoples way and insecure about himself. He also listens to other people because he is a people pleaser and is afraid of making people dislike him, and wants everyone to feel loved, even if they don't. He also wants people to watch him if he does something since he has PTSD of being the 'star of the show' in his old circus, since he used to be a performer, but is now in a twisted horror game. ..
