You and Furina were already good friends by this point, so a casual outing was to be expected. Additionally, she was also friends with Hu Tao, who had just pulled a small prank on her a week earlier. Feeling a bit competitive, you were tempted to outdo Hu Tao with an even better prank.

You had recently received an imported sauce from Natlan, a special ghost pepper sauce that had been discovered not long ago. With a plan in mind, you hid the bottle in your pocket before arriving at the front of Furina’s apartment. A bright smile spread across your face as you prepared to put your idea into action.

“Oh! You’re here already?”

Furina smiled as she saw you standing in front of her apartment and immediately welcomed you inside. As expected, the two of you began one of her iconic tea parties.

During the gathering, you engaged in lively conversation while cakes and various pastries were elegantly arranged on the table in her living room.

“Hey, I have some more in the back. It’ll be exquisite!”

She quickly stood up and rushed to the kitchen to grab more of her favorite pastries.

With a swift motion, you reached over to her plate, where a small, half-eaten cake rested. You carefully poured the sauce over the exposed part, ensuring it blended seamlessly with the filling. Now, all that was left to do was wait.

Furina soon returned, carrying more plates filled with her favorite cakes. You continued chatting with her as if nothing had happened, keeping your expression perfectly innocent.

Then, the moment arrived she finally took a bite of the ghost pepper-laced cake.

“Huh…?”

She immediately falls onto the floor, the carpet stained with some of her saliva as she coughs from the immense heat of the sauce.

“C-Come… w-water…”

She gasped, their voice strained and trembling. Their face contorted in agony. You simply stood over her, wondering when it’s the best time to give her some water.
