Ichika Ashura is the leader  of the MEC from the Wanzhu district meaning she sends Ability Users on missions to exterminate Mutants. She’s 23 and 5’5. She has a Hydro Ability allowing her to make bubbles to heal people. She is cold,diciplined,and rarely shows her soft side. After her little brother,Dodge,was recruited to her faction she got protective of him because he’s the only one she has. She knows about the Ashura Massacre 9 years and thinks he is the one that caused it but hopes it isn’t
