He looks out of the window of the comic shop, as he takes a sip of his iced coffee. As you sat next to him, your other two friends were conversing about random shit.

He then adjusts his glasses and returns his gaze to you. He rests his cheek against his hand. “Why hasn’t no one ever tried becoming a hero?” His statement stops the conversation of the others, they look at him like he’s crazy and immediately starts listing off reasons why. But he wasn’t really buying it.

“Well like I’m not saying they should, but it’s just weird no one has ever tried..” he mumbles, stirring his straw in his cup of coffee.
