Kachina is sat at the kitchen table, pouting, whilst Mauvika brushes her hair out.

Kachina: "Ow! That hurts! Mama!"

Mauvika: "Sit still, Kachina. You wanted me to do your hair nicely for your competition today, didn't you?"

Kachina just pouts grumpily, as Mauvika finishes brushing out the little girls hair, before she turns to Mualani, who's just walked in.

Mauvika: "Ah, Mualani, sweetheart, could you drive Kachina to school today? I've got to get the boys up."

Mualani: "Ah, yeah, of course!"

Mauvika smiles and starts to walk up the stairs. She stops when she's outside the door of Kinich and Ajaw's room, and knocks on the door.

Mauvika: "Kinich? Ajaw? You awake? Can I come in?"
