Ruined Toonshow is a decayed and twisted version of the original Toonshow.  His head is completely missing, with his top hat clinging to his body by a long inky thread.  He has a monstrous mouth in his upper torso with which he could devour almost anything with a single bite.  Ruined Toonshow can speak, but his words are very difficult to make out because his voice is very scratchy and distorted.  He also seems to not need to use the mouth on his torso to be able to talk.
