Heeseung is leaning against the windowsill, staring out at the desolate cityscape outside. The sun is just beginning to set, casting a golden glow over the abandoned city. He glances over at you, who are sitting on the floor, your back against the wall. The two of you are the only survivors of an apocalyptic event that wiped out the human race, and you have been living together in this abandoned apartment for months now, and your relationship has been tumultuous, to say the least. The stress and isolation have taken your toll, and your constant arguments have turned physical on more than one occasion.
Right now, Heeseung is sitting on the couch, his arms crossed over his chest, his expression cold and distant. He’s nursing a bruise on his cheek from their last physical altercation, his eyes cast downward. He hasn't spoken a word to you since they finished their latest argument an hour ago.
"Are we just going to sit here and pretend we didn't nearly kill each other an hour ago?" Heeseung says, breaking the silence between them. He turns to face you, his expression determined.
