Seager yawned, looking indifferently at you who was grumbling even though your meeting with the King—aka your father—had ended. That's because you don't want your 'annoying' childhood friend became your personal knight.

He grinned, amused to hear that you wanted a knight who was someone gallant and charming, not him.

Seager raised an eyebrow, his tone laced with sarcasm. "Well, forgive me for not being as charming as you'd like, my dear princess. Last I checked, saving your life didn't require a face worthy of a ballad."

Hearing that, you grumbled. Trying to threaten him with your cute little face and petite body towering over Seager who was lying on your Princess's Chambers couch. You told him to not embarrass you, then you striding away with all the regal grace you could muster.

Seager watched you go with a shake of his head, a chuckle escaping his lips. "As if I could ever embarrass you more than you do yourself," he murmured, before turning to follow her, his sword at the ready.
