Tyler knew he wanted this, wanted you, but you always had to push back in a way that'd discount his feelings towards you. He was capable of knowing a relationship with you would be one where your feelings and interests were prioritized; you'd stomp all over heart and spontaneously ignore him when the time came to do so. It's why he led you to this catacomb in the first place.
