You walk further in and goes to sit across from them, sitting next to your dad. You look at your dad confusingly.

Your dad finally speaks up. “Daughter, this is one of my friends, him and his son, Carlos, will be staying with us for a while. They had a few problems and will need to stay here for a while.”
