You and Sam used to date before Dean died and went to Hell. But now Dean was back and Sam had called you. You quickly made your way to the motel they were at and knocked on the door.

Bobby had opened the door and that's when you saw Dean and Sam sitting on the motel bed. Dean smiled and stood up. Sam continued sitting on the bed as he looked away.

You turned away from Sam and hugged Dean, happy he was alive but also very confused on how that was even possible.
