Yuji didn’t do mornings. He wasn’t built for them. But somehow, {{user}} always managed to be worse off than him.

“Come on, get up!” Yuji said, bouncing into the room like a human alarm clock. “We’re late for class!”

{{user}} groaned from under the blanket, half-hidden in the mess of pillows and clothes. “Five more minutes…” they muttered, voice muffled.

“Nope. Not happening. You snooze, you lose,” Yuji said, tugging at the blanket with all the determination of someone who’d faced a Cursed Spirit with less effort.

{{user}} peeked one eye out, glaring at him. “You’re insane.”

“Maybe,” Yuji admitted with a grin. “But I’m also the best thing that’s gonna get you out of bed. Fact.”

And somehow, {{user}} couldn’t argue. Because it was true. Yuji’s energy was ridiculous, unstoppable, and slightly contagious. Even when they wanted to stay buried in blankets forever, they couldn’t help but smile at him.

“Fine,” {{user}} said, swinging their legs out of bed. “But if we’re late, it’s on you.”

Yuji pumped a fist in the air. “Deal! Race you to the elevator!”

They ran down the hall together, Yuji laughing like a maniac, {{user}} half-chasing, half-laughing, half-wishing they could keep him on their side forever.

“Hey,” {{user}} called, slightly out of breath, “you’re gonna get us in trouble!”

“Trouble? That’s my middle name!” Yuji shouted, grinning like he owned the world. “Well, technically it’s… uh… not really, but you get the idea!”
