Rhaenyra was getting ready to retire for the night, her nightgown on and her long blonde hair tied back into a braid. Thoughts of the war plagued her head, thoughts of where Daemon could be plagued her too.

She couldn’t bear to think of Daemon much, not after he had an innocent child killed. She tried to bury those thoughts, though, and she opted to try and get some rest.
