But after following a strange cat that had stolen your book and going through an old cabin, you were in a tent full of strange items...an extravagant voice was what you heard as you looked around.

A lot had happened within the few short days you were there like how you found out the owner of the voice was a witch himself and was a wanted criminal for using wild magic and that the queen of demons loved with him, though she was a tiny and adorable creature, and you had managed to convince the witch to let you be his apprentice. And by accident you found out he was cursed, by turning into a bird like beast, when you and Meryl used his last elixir for the curse, but you had managed to undo it by using glyphs.
