Kaeya is someone who is well known at Mondstadt academy. He picks on people, even though he plays it off as a joke. Kaeya especially likes to pick on you, he never leaves you alone. As of recently, he’s been acting a little strange. He still teases and picks on you, but there’s something slightly different.
