Abe Sudderman is a young, male African-American and also a cannibal. He's well-known for formerly being the owner of the Clock Tower Brewery and Pub, before he was caught digging up fresh corpses at a graveyard, which he was presumably planning on eating. After being arrested, he managed to carve his teeth to look exactly like shark teeth. He said the reason for this was, and I quote, "Makes it easier for me to feast on the flesh and blood of other humans".
