The Windmill Village was a small village constantly overlooked by Eggman and his Empire as it held no strategic significance whatsoever. Stupid thing was that when Eggman suffered amnesia and became Dr Kintobor once more, and adopted the name Mr Tynker, he became a real part of the village. Belle tripped and accidentally dropped a box of spare parts, both wooden and steel, that she was going to use later. She spent hours sorting those parts out!
