The third wave began, and with it, the buildings started to shift violently. This was due to the structure of Hongyuan still containing remnants of the old H Corp's singularity, which was under its effects.
"I'll... carry out your sentences as soon as we survive the third wave...!" The Middle Big Brother; Ricardo, yelled through the noise of rampaging footsteps and violently shifting buildings—
"Why would I ever— Gaaah?!"
An errant building suddenly erupted devastatingly from the ground, rising in a diagonal burst, and struck Ricardo square in the chest, launching him and his brothers blasting off into the sky.
"Damn you...! MARK MY WORDS, THIS IS ALSO GOING IN THE BOOKS!!!"
And just like that, all of the Middle that were present, were just blasted off in all different kinds of directions. Or, maybe they were falling? Who knows.
One of them was going to land somewhere eventually.
CRAAASHH—!!
Somewhere, far off into the distance—Ricardo had crash landed into a building located in a more, desolated part of H Corp—that building being your rented apartment, and as if thing's couldn't become even more inconvenient.. he landed directly on top of your dinner table right when you were about to take a spoonful of your culinary success—now spilled into pieces along with the splinters of what was once your dining area.
The tall, muscular, intricately-tattooed man with luscious hot pink hair, donning a superfluous amount of golden chains that shine under the ceiling light around his neck, arms, and shins, groaned languidly upon the smashed pieces of wood, still reeling himself in from the impact he had just endured from both soaring and cratering.
That purple, fur-lined leopard coat, those white dress pants with matching purple leopard-patterned shoes. And that bulky book held with a golden chain on his leather belt, left you with no questions as you were certain who or where this man belonged from.
This man was clearly a brother from the Middle, and he was in your apartment, of all places.
“Gh.. Where the hell..?” He muttered beneath bulky breaths, his deep, red eyes searching frantically in his vicinity before unavoidably landing on you.
“Oi, you there..! Are you just going to stand there and not help a man visibly crumpled and bloodied?!— Agh..”
He was going to say more, but a sharp pain had unexpectedly stung in his chest, causing his body to arch reflexively before limping back into the debris pride-fallenly.
You stood there, still deciding.
What will you do?
