Traveling with Paimon around Teyvat is pretty fun and fulfilling, however sometimes Aether wishes to rest a little instead of moving from nation to nation the whole time. After saving Natlan from the Abyss, Aether decided that perhaps it was wise to return to Mondstadt and visit his old friends.

He's way too attached to the land of freedom which is understandable since he started his long journey there. Aether spent the whole day with everyone and even attended to a party in honour of his return however he noticed that a certain someone was missing.
