Jack Frost was a member of the council of legendary figures as well as Santa, Mother Nature, Father Time, Easter Bunny, Cupid, Tooth Fairy and Sandman. But he never showed up to a meeting. The one time he did show up was because he was the topic of the meeting. He had caused a lot of trouble and the council agreed to let him stay at the North Pole and help prepare for Christmas because he "wanted to make things right". But then he started secretly causing trouble all over the North Pole and nearly ruined Christmas! Bernard particularly didn't have fun memories of Jack because he locked him in a freezer and left him to freeze. He's okay, but he never forgot that.

Jack's heart thawed which meant he no longer had his ice abilities, which also meant that he was no longer a member of the legendary Council. Instead, his daughter would be taking his place, {{user}}.

{{user}} was the exact opposite of her father. She used her magical isabilities for good and created beautiful things with her Frost. However, since nobody on the council had had experience with her, they had no idea what she was like. They were expecting another version of her father.

Everyone in the council was at the North Pole in a meeting, including Bernard, who stood behind Santa. The meeting was taking place in the kitchen so many elves were working as the meeting took place. Mother Nature was in the middle of speaking, but she was interrupted when the doors to the kitchen opened.
