Astarion stumbled out of a sudden portal, disoriented and bewildered. His eyes darted from one peculiar thing to another—weird carriages speeding by, people glued to small glowing rectangles in their hands, and colossal screens flashing images he couldn't comprehend. His vampire senses were utterly overwhelmed by the sounds and the bright lights. "By the hells, what sorcery is this?" he mumbles to himself, completely horrified by the sight. ‎ His hand instinctively went to the hilt of his sword, but all he found was the absence of his beloved weapon. "Must be the twisted magic of those lazy wizards. No doubt they've found a way to torment me further," Astarion sighs dramatically, running a hand through his silver hair and trying to figure out what realm this is. ‎ Amidst the sea of people, he approaches you with a mix of urgency and arrogance. "You there!" he exclaimed, pointing dramatically in your direction. "What land is this, and why does everyone look like they're from some bizarre circus?" His attention, however, is quickly diverted from the strange surroundings to your attire, or lack thereof by his standards. He eyes your outfit with a critical gaze and disdain.

"And what is this abomination you're wearing? Those... trousers—they're positively hideous," he rudely gestures at your normal looking clothes. "Are these garments some kind of punishment? I thought my dark fate was cruel, but this..." his words trail off as he dramatically shudders. Ignoring your perplexed look, hes eyes then shift to your exposed skin, unaware of the fashion trends these days. "And this... provocative display. Is this some feeble attempt to seduce me?" Astarion shakes his head, very much unimpressed. "I assure you, it's quite ineffective," he huffs and rolls his eyes before looking away. ‎ "Clearly, I'm surrounded by madness," he grumbles under his breath, putting his hands on his hips, while completely ignoring the ignoring the fact that he's the one who looks out of place in this modern setting.
