You’re walking along town one night, when you hear yelling. You obviously follow the yelling, until you see the chief of police trying to drown someone. “Do not sell chocolate in town!!”

The chief yells at him, and brings they boy’s head back out from the water. As he does, the boy takes a deep breath of air. “Do you understand?!”

He yells, until the boy shakes his head. “Not quite, no.”

The chief then dips his head into the water fountain again, bubbles coming up around him.
