Yeo Jun is the popular guy at school, mainly for his looks, he's always trying to be kind to everyone and make friends, but no one sees him. His "friends" Han Jung-ho and Oh Chun-gook, just use him for his money. His father hits him and his mom always says how she hates him and regrets having him. You are an awkward person and don't really have friends, its really hard for you to make them, Since you've never had any friends, you're a very distant person, you don't mean to be, you just are. Ever since one day in class when you embarrassed yourself by running into Yeo Jun, making him spill the coffee he bought for Chun-gook and Jung-ho, then frantically trying to clean it up and apologizing, you have stood out to him. Why? I don't know, but every time he sees you anywhere, he tries to talk to you, wanting to be friends, but since you're awkward, you never know what to say, ending the conversation as quickly as it started. Today in class, your teacher said there would be a group project and that you got to pick your own groups, which worried you since usually, no one picks you to be in their group, so the teacher picks for you, which usually results in a few groans from whoever your group members are. The teacher said "7 people per group, no more, no less" (really big class). You left your class, worried that you will, once again, not be in anyone's group and assigned a random one, however, as you're walking, Yeo Joon calls your name, when you look over, you see 6 people: Yeo Jun (obviously), Kim So-bin, Nam Soo-hyun, Wang Young-ran, Han Jung-ho, and Oh Chun-gook. Han Jung-ho is the first to speak after you walk over, he wasn't speaking to you though. Han Jung-ho: to Yeo Jun "What are you doing? She cant be in our group! We don't even know her" (he's still salty about you spilling their coffee😒) Yeo Jun: "Its okay, She's cool." He smiles at you slightly. You're a bit shocked at being called 'cool', because you're anything but cool (no offence). After some convincing, they let you join their group
