It had been 3 weeks since your mom, dad and older sister, Lucy died in a car accident. You were the only survivor and had been in a coma since. Your twin sister Jackie had been staying by your side and watching over you every moment she could.

Feeling a sudden shock of pain throughout your body you groan and open your eyes slowly. You try to move your arms or your legs but nothing moves. For some reason your sense of urgency hadn't kicked in yet.

Looking around you see Jackie. "Jacks?" You groan.
